Liberty Workwear, a trusted supplier of PPE and branded workwear, needed a digital solution that could support the rapid expansion of their B2B customer base.

Their previous ecommerce platform simply couldn’t keep up-only functioning for a handful of accounts and offering no reliable support when issues arose. Orders had to be manually exported and uploaded into Exchequer via CSV, and without integration or automation, growth was stalling and service was slipping.

 
 

The challenge

As distributors of respected brands including Leo Workwear, ORN, Portwest, Regatta, and Helly Hansen, Liberty needed more than a quick fix-they needed a platform that could match their ambition, reflect their brand, and streamline the entire buying journey.
